Trust Wallet Crypto

Trust Wallet was founded in 2017 by Ukrainian entrepreneur Viktor Radchenko whose aim was to create a user-friendly mobile wallet to store Ethereum (ERC-20) tokens like ETH. It did not take long for Trust Wallet to capture the attention of Binance who acquired the company behind the wallet in 2018.

Trust Wallet Customer Support

Trust Wallet customer support is dedicated to helping users with any issues they may have with the wallet. Customer support is available through a variety of channels, including a community support help centre, by email or by submitting a ticket request.

Trust Wallet customer support offers a comprehensive FAQ page with answers to common questions about the wallet. Answers to common questions can also be found via social media channels like twitter, reddit and Telegram.

Is Trust Wallet Safe?

The main benefit of Trust Wallet as a non-custodial wallet is that all private keys are stored in a decentralized way across millions of devices. Users have to protect their assets by creating a strong password and by storing the 12 or 24-word seed phrase that they are given somewhere safe.

The biggest threat to users who hold custody of their own assets is the mismanagement of passwords or bad practices online that gives hackers an opportunity to access your device or passwords.

For those that are interested in using Trust Wallet on a mobile device, there are added security features available such as Face or Touch ID. This obviously means that your assets are no longer anonymous buy instead directly connect to your person.
